Since the onset of Covid-19 we haven't missed a beat. We went into overdrive immediately to adapt to the new reality. We converted our learning opportunities to virtual platforms, increased our offerings, checked in regularly with hundreds, and provided support to all those in need.
Throughout 2020 we have.....
- Increased our weekly learning options - doubling attendance
- Delivered hundreds of Shabbat and Holiday kits to homes
- Added a kindergarten class due to increased demand
- Created a Virtual Hebrew School option in addition to in-person
- Launched CTeen U - a virtual university course in partnership with Yeshiva University
- Hosted 3x the amount of guest lecturers
- Erected a large open-walled outdoor tent for the High Holidays, allowing hundreds to safely observe this sacred tradition. Packed and delivered 600+ food boxes to locals in need
- Completed the in-ground segment of our building expansion and look forward to the framing ASAP
No matter what will happen in the world around us, we will continue to adapt, connect, inspire, teach, pray, and be there for those in need. We remained spiritually and virtually connected while socially distanced and are committed to continuing.
